375.09 DEALERS TO POST NOTICE.

   (a)   Every person, agency, corporation, business or distributor engaged in the business of selling all purpose vehicles shall cause to be displayed in a conspicuous manner on the premises where the vehicles are offered for sale, a sign advising consumers and prospective purchasers of the provisions of Section 375.05(a) applicable to the operation of all purpose vehicles.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
