375.04 LOCAL PROHIBITION.

   (a)   No person shall operate any snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle, or all-purpose vehicle on any street, highway or other public property under the jurisdiction of the City of Youngstown.

   (b)   No person who is the owner or operator of a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle, or all-purpose vehicle shall permit said vehicle to be located on any street, highway or other public property under the jurisdiction of the City of Youngstown unless it is being transported and is properly secured in another vehicle.

   (c)   The definitions set forth in Ohio R.C. 4519.01 are incorporated into this section.

   (d)   This section is intended to impose strict liability.

   (e)   Any violation of the provisions of this section constitutes a misdemeanor of the first degree.

   (f)   Forfeiture of property is specifically authorized here pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 2981 et seq. or pursuant to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Youngstown.
