373.13 RIDING OR OPERATING A BICYCLE OR MOTORIZED BICYCLE ON JOGGING PATH OR SIDEWALKS WITHIN WICK PARK.

   (a)   No person or persons shall ride or operate a bicycle or a motorized bicycle on the jogging path or sidewalks within Wick Park, which is described as an area bounded by the south side of Broadway Street, the west side of Elm Street, the north side of Park Avenue and the east side of Fifth Ave. (Ord. 85-176. Passed 4-10-85.)

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
