Section 29.

The Mayor shall have supervision of the Division of Building, Plumbing and Wiring Inspection, and the collection of Inspection fees; and the Mayor shall, in the manner provided in this Charter or by ordinance, appoint inspectors and provide rules and regulations for their administration.
