720.04 OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERING.
   Prior to registration, the chief enforcement officer, or his designee shall require an applicant to furnish the following:
   (a)   Qualifications. Proof to the satisfaction of the chief enforcement officer, or his designee that the applicant has worked in the plumbing trade as an apprentice or helper for the minimum of three (3) years, or proof that the applicant is the graduate of a plumbing trade school approved by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. Applicants who attend a recognized and approved trade school and who are not graduates of such school will be given full credit for the work done in the trade school as part of the required three years experience as a helper or apprentice.
   (b)   Employment. Proof to the satisfaction of the chief enforcement officer, or his designee that the applicant is employed by a plumbing contractor, as defined herein.
