720.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   “Journeyman plumber” means a person who is qualified to work in the plumbing trade, and who will work in said trade in the employ, and under the supervision of a plumbing contractor.

   (b)   “Plumbing contractor” means a person who holds a valid specialty contractor registration in plumbing, as issued under Chapter 722 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Youngstown.

   (c)   “Employing plumber” means a plumbing contractor, as defined herein, who employs and supervises the work of a journeyman plumber.
