163.55 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT EQUIPMENT REIMBURSEMENT.

   The City agrees to reimburse management employees of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, effective October 1, 2000, for the purchase of the following equipment in the following manner:

   (a)   Up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per year, for the purchase of an approved work shoe, contingent upon the submission of a recent receipt of purchase by the employee, and that the employee is required to actually wear the shoe to work.

   (b)   Up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year, per pair, for the purchase of prescription safety glasses. This reimbursement will apply no more often than once per year.
