1751.01 CONSTRUCTION AND/OR OPERATION PROHIBITED.

The construction and/or operation of solid waste disposal facilities, including but not limited to landfills, transfer stations, medical waste disposal facilities, toxic material disposal facilities, infectious waste facilities, regulated solid waste, hazardous waste and construction and demolition wastes, within the City is hereby prohibited. This prohibition does not apply to Municipal operations.
