1743.12 RESIDENTS' RIGHTS.

The Board of Health shall adopt a "Bill of Rights" for residents of homes licensed under this chapter. Such residents' rights adopted by the Board shall be at least as stringent as those provided under Ohio R.C. 3721.10 to 3721.17, and shall be posted in a conspicuous place within the home along with the telephone number of the City Health Commissioner's Office.
