1743.11 ABSENCE OF HEALTH COMMISSIONER.

Whenever a Health Commissioner is not currently employed by the City Board of Health, the individual designated by the Board of Health shall have all the powers, duties and responsibilities of the Health Commissioner for the purposes of this chapter.
