1715.10 LICENSE FEE.
(a) An annual license fee shall be levied upon each food service operation for the purpose of enforcing and paying the expense of the inspection. Any fee or portion of any fee retained by the licensor shall be paid into Fund No. 502, which shall be used only for the purpose of administering and enforcing this chapter.
(b) The license fees for
food and pool operations,
as defined by Ohio R.C.
3732.03 and 3739.04
and formulated pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3709.09. are as follows:
