1501.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

(a) The Bureau of Fire Prevention in the City Fire Department is hereby established and shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department.

(b) The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall consist of the Chief of the Fire Department, the Chief Inspector and such other inspectors as may be authorized by Council.
