1103.99 PENALTY.

Any landowner or operator who violates any terms or provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with a suspension order issued under Section 1103.11 shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day's violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
