1103.13 DUTIES OF DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PLANNING; CITY ENGINEER; LAW DIRECTOR.

It shall be the duty of the Deputy Director of Planning to administer and enforce the provisions of these regulations. The Deputy Director of Planning shall consult with the City Engineer for technical assistance in the administration and enforcement of these regulations. The Law Director shall, immediately upon a violation of these regulations having been called to his attention, institute appropriate legal action.
