1103.07 TIMBER HARVESTING IN CONTEMPLATION OF LAND USE CHANGE.

When timber harvesting is to be engaged in for the purpose of preparing for a land use change, copies of the final approved permits and/or approvals necessary for the proposed use shall be submitted to the Deputy Director of Planning. The provisions of such permits and/or approvals shall then govern instead of these regulations.
