1103.02 SCOPE; APPLICABILITY.

These regulations apply to all timber harvesting within the City of Youngstown conducted on a site one acre or greater in size. It does not cover the cutting of trees for the personal use of the landowner or for pre-commercial timber stand improvement. No landowner or operator shall conduct timber harvesting unless such activity is conducted in accordance with these regulations.
