947.04 REPLACEMENT OF LOST OR STOLEN CARDS.

In case any such identification card so issued is lost, mislaid or stolen, or has been returned by any employee after his authority to enter buildings or other dwellings has ceased, the person by whom such person is or has been employed shall immediately notify the proper City authorities of the fact. (1967 Code §50.04)
