947.02 CONTENTS.

The identification card shall state concisely the name, age, height, weight and complexion, color of the hair and size of the person carrying the card, and shall contain the photograph and signature of the person described, and such card must also bear the signature of the head of the public utility or City department by which the person is employed. (1967 Code §50.02)
