932.22 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
   Information and data furnished to the District with respect to the nature and frequency of discharge shall be available to the public without restriction, unless the discharger demonstrates that release of such information would divulge information entitled to protection as trade secrets or proprietary information. A request for confidential treatment shall be submitted in writing to the District simultaneously with submission of the specific record, report, or other information with documentation sufficient to support that the record, report, or other information is confidential. Said record, report, or other information shall be stamped “Confidential” in a prominent place on the document. Wastewater constituents and characteristics shall not be recognized as confidential information. Information accepted by the District as confidential shall not be transmitted to any governmental agency until and unless a ten day notification is given to the discharger.
   No permitholder shall have a claim against the City for release of any information as a condition of continuance of their permit.
