932.11 CHARGES; FEES.
   The following charges and fees are hereby established to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the City's Waste Water Disposal System:
   (a)   Fee for wastewater discharge permit issued under Section 932.13: $1,300 times the number of sampling events per year. Sampling frequency is a combination of self-monitoring and City monitoring and shall be as follows:

Private (contract) counsel
      Any other technical assistance requested of the City by an industry shall be charged to the industry at the City's annual cost. To the extent that the City elects to utilize the services of private counsel on a contract basis to enforce the provisions of this chapter, such fees shall be charged to the permit holder as provided herein.
      These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the City.
   (e)   The following schedule reflects the costs to permit holders for the analyses of samples taken by the City as required by this chapter.
