931.03 PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL.
   (a)   Owner Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Private Wastewater Disposal System. The owners of legally constructed private wastewater disposal systems shall operate and maintain such private wastewater disposal facilities in a sanitary manner at all times, at no expense to the Agency.
   (b)   Connection to Public Sewer Required When Public Sewer Becomes Available. At such time as the public sewer becomes available to a property served by a private wastewater disposal system, a direct connection shall be made to the public sewer within ninety days in compliance with this chapter, and all types of private wastewater disposal facilities shall be cleaned of sludge, removed and/or filled with a suitable material as directed by the Board of Health.
   (c)   Nonlimitation Clause. No statement contained in this chapter shall be construed to interfere with any additional requirements that may be imposed by the Ohio Board of Health, the Ohio EPA and/or the USEPA. (Ord. 80-554. Passed 6-25-80.)
