921.04 PLANTING SHADE TREES.

   Trees planted in the streets of the City shall be set at points equidistant from the curb line and the line of the sidewalk next to the curb; provided, that poplar trees shall not be planted in any such street nor trees planted which obstruct visability at intersections or of traffic control devices.
