917.02 MANNER OF NUMBERING.

   (a)   All streets running easterly and westerly that intersect with Market Street or Wick Avenue shall be numbered east and west from such intersection, as if commencing there, with odd numbers on the southerly and even numbers on the northerly sides of the streets.

   (b)   All streets running northerly and southerly between Fifth Avenue and Himrod Avenue shall be numbered north and south from Federal Street, as if beginning there, with odd numbers on the easterly and even numbers on the westerly sides of the streets.

   (c)   All streets running northerly and southerly from Mahoning and Himrod Avenues shall be numbered north and south from such avenues, as if commencing there, with odd numbers on the easterly and even numbers on the westerly sides of the streets, avenues, etc.

   (d)   All other streets shall be regularly numbered, commencing with the end of the street, in each case, which leads from Central Square, with odd numbers on one side and even numbers on the other.

   (e)   Central Federal Plaza shall be numbered, commencing at the north and southwesterly corners thereof and Federal Plaza West, and ending at the north and southeasterly corners thereof and Federal Plaza East, with odd numbers on the southerly and even numbers on the northerly sides of the Plaza.
