913.01 WIDTH OF PAVEMENT; INCLINATIONS.
   On streets forty feet wide or less, the pavement on sidewalks shall be four feet wide; on streets more than forty feet in width and not more than fifty feet in width, the pavement on sidewalks shall be five feet wide; on streets more than fifty feet in width and not more than sixty feet wide, the pavement on sidewalks shall be six feet wide. All sidewalks and pavements thereon shall incline from the sides of the street towards the curb line three-eighths of an inch to the foot; provided, however, that for good and sufficient reasons the Engineering Commissioner may depart from the widths and grade herein specified.
