911.02 PREPARATION AND REVISION OF SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS.
The Department of Public Works shall prepare, and may revise from time to time, specifications and standards for the construction, maintenance and repair of sidewalks, streets and street grading and paving; in no case shall the required thickness for sidewalks be less than five inches of concrete, except those portions of sidewalks to be used for driveway purposes which shall be required to have a thickness of at least six inches of concrete, containing not less than 6.95 sacks of cement per cubic yard, on a sub-base of selected material of not less than four inches in thickness.
