911.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; STANDARDS TO BE FOLLOWED; SUPERVISION.

No sidewalk or street paving or grading shall be constructed in the City by any person, except if done in pursuance of a permit to be secured from the Department of Public Works; in accordance with the specifications and standards as prepared by the Department; and under the supervision, inspection and direction of the Department. (1967 Code §95.46)
