787.10 TRAFFICKING IN THEATRICAL TICKETS.

No person shall engage in the business of trafficking in theatrical tickets or other tickets of license amusements unless acting as agent of those issuing same, but public school entertainments, lecture courses and lectures on historic, literary or scientific subjects shall not come within the provisions of this section. (1967 Code §114.12)
