787.08 AUTHORIZATION FOR CIRCUS PERFORMANCES.

The Mayor is authorized, at his discretion, to issue a license and permit to circuses for one day and evening performance on property in the City and to waive compliance with any existing zoning or building ordinances to permit the circus exhibition. (1967 Code §114.08)
