785.24 LICENSES GENERALLY.

(a) Termination Date. The term of all licenses issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall terminate at 12:00 midnight on December 31 in the year of issuance.

(b) Transfer. Except as otherwise provided, all licenses issued under provisions of this chapter shall be void if transferred.

(c) Criminal Record of Applicant. No license provided for in this chapter shall be granted to any person who has, within twelve months preceding the application therefor, been convicted of a violation of liquor, gambling or prostitution laws or ordinances.
