785.21 CONDITION OF VEHICLES.

All taxicabs, automobiles and motorcycles, kept for hire shall be kept and maintained at all times in a safe operational condition, free from all defects and in a presentable condition, and shall in such respects be at all times subject to the approval of the Police Chief or his agent. (1967 Code §117.22)
