785.07 TRUNKS AND LIGHT BAGGAGE RATES.
   (a) The owner or driver of a taxicab or automobile for hire may make a charge of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each trunk known as a "footlocker trunk" and for all other trunks, he may negotiate a charge with the passenger concerning the charge. The owner or driver shall have the right to refuse carrying baggage of a size beyond the capacity of one man (the taxi driver) to manage, handle or move.
   (b) No charge shall be made for the first two pieces of luggage or baggage carried by hand, but there shall be a charge of twenty-five cents (25¢) each for all pieces in excess thereof. (1967 Code §117.07)
