779.03 NUISANCE.

The practice of going in and upon private residences in the City, or soliciting funds anywhere within the City without first requesting or being invited to do so by the owner or owners, occupant or occupants of such private residences, or places of occupancy or business, for the purpose of soliciting funds is declared to be a nuisance. (Ord. 88248. Passed 9-18-74.)
