779.02 CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE; REVOCATION.

Each such applicant shall show evidence of good character, shall pay the fee provided and shall be furnished a certificate indicating dates of validity of such certificate. Each person shall at all times while soliciting in the City carry upon his person such certificate and shall exhibit it whenever required to do so by any police officer or by any person solicited. Such certificate may be revoked by the Mayor or Chief of Police because of any violation of City ordinances or laws of the State. (Ord. 88248. Passed 9-18-74.)
