775.02 PARKING AND STORAGE OF ABANDONED OR INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (a)   Definitions.
      (1)   "Abandoned motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle that is extensively damaged, or with parts missing, whose value does not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00); is more than three years old; is without current license plates; and is parked or stored upon private property more than seventy-two hours, or parked or stored upon public property more than forty-eight hours.
      (2)   "Inoperable motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle apparently inoperable and/or extensively damaged or with parts missing, and/or parked or stored on private property over seventy-two hours, or on public property over forty-eight hours.
   No motor vehicle, wrecked or extensively damaged or with its component parts missing, or otherwise inoperable or abandoned, or such other inoperable motorized equipment shall be parked or stored upon the service station premises for a period in excess of seventy-two hours, except within the service station building.
