775.01 STORAGE OF COMMERCIAL WASTE.
   (a) Definition. "Waste", as referred to in this section, is synonymous with "refuse", and means worthless matter, rubbish, scum or leavings, rags, wool, cotton, paper and other such absorbent materials or composition thereof as are used in wiping, cleaning and removing of grease, oils, gasoline, solvents, additives and compounds in any commercial business or operation connected with a service station.
   (b) Storage Area. No operation, owner, proprietor and/or lessee of any automotive service station located within the City shall cause, permit or allow any commercial waste to accumulate in an unhealthy or unsanitary manner upon such premises. Commercial waste shall be stored within a bulk waste container situated within a permanent screen wall located in such a manner as to be screened from the view of those outside the property and in such a manner as to be accessible to bulk waste container pick-up vehicles. This facility shall be maintained in a sanitary and healthful manner as not to be harmful or offensive to those on or outside the property. (Ord. 86851. Passed 11-21-73.)
