767.06 ANNUAL PERMITS AND EXEMPTIONS FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS AND FRATERNAL BODIES.

The Mayor, or his designee, is hereby authorized to issue annual permits to churches and non- profit organizations, designated as Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) organizations and in good standing as such with the Ohio Secretary of State, desiring to hold dances on their premises, such dances being for the benefit of the respective church or above described non-profit organization.

No fee shall be charged for any permit issued as provided in the above paragraph, but no such dance shall be held within the City limits unless, prior to holding the same, such permit is obtained from the Mayor, or his designee.

The permits shall be obtained on or about January 1 of each year and shall terminate on December 31 thereafter.
