767.05 DANCE LICENSE FEES.
   The license fee to be charged and paid for public dances as defined in Section 767.04 shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year for public dances conducted or carried on in any place where the management or operators do not permit, accept, receive or demand any minimum admission or cover charge, or any dancing charge; provided, however, that in the event the holder of the license, after the issuance thereof, desires to permit, accept, receive or demand any of the charges upon any day or night during the period for which the annual license was issued, an additional license fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged and paid for each such day or night.
   The license fee to be charged and paid for all other public dances as defined in Section 767.04 shall be the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for one day or one night; two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per month; seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for six months; one thousand dollars ($1,000) per year.
