   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree for a subsequent offense and the billiard parlor or poolroom shall be abated as a public nuisance.

   For the fine and costs in a prosecution under this chapter, the billiard tables and fixtures at the place where the violation occurred are liable on execution without exemption.
