763.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall engage in the business of operating a poolroom or billiard parlor without first having secured from the Mayor a license to do so, and without paying to the Mayor, in advance, the amount of such license fee as herein provided for each place operated by the licensee. (1967 Code §114.27)
