760.01 STANDARDS ADOPTED.

The City hereby adopts the standards contained in Ohio R.C. Chapter 1509 for the drilling, constructing, reopening, converting, plugging back, plugging, operating, maintaining and abandoning of any oil or gas well within the City. (Ord. 89-47. Passed 5-24-89.)
