757.09 CERTAIN DEALINGS PROHIBITED.

   No person licensed under this chapter shall take or receive in pawn or pledge for money loaned, or shall take, receive or purchase within the lines of his business as a pawnbroker, any property, bonds, notes, securities, articles, mechanic's tool, instrument or device having upon it any initials or insignia of ownership, or thing whatsoever, from any minor, or the ownership of which is in or which is claimed by any minor, or which may be in the possession of or under the control of any minor, or a person appearing to be intoxicated, a person known to be a notorious thief, a person known to have been convicted of larceny or burglary, or a person not being able to furnish complete identification of ownership.
