753.04 HOURS FOR MINORS RESTRICTED.

No person shall permit anyone under eighteen years of age to enter upon the premises, play, engage in or operate any mechanical amusement device, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian thereof between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. eastern standard time or daylight savings time whichever is in effect.
