753.01 DEFINITION.

"Mechanical amusement device", as used in this chapter, shall be construed to mean any player piano, music box, Victrola, radio or any musical contrivance or device constructed or designed to produce or reproduce music automatically and any mechanical device held out for amusement purpose which can be operated or placed in condition to operate by the insertion of a coin or slug or payment of a fee. (1967 Code §114.41)
