   751.99 PENALTY.
   (a) Whoever violates Section 751.08 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 90865. Passed 12-17-75.)
