748.04 PERMIT APPLICATION; FEE; DISPLAY.

   (a)    The request for a permit for home sales shall include the name of the applicant, who shall be a resident of the City, his address, telephone number, the nature of the merchandise to be offered for sale, the date of the sale, its duration which shall not exceed three (3) days, the date of all previous sales within a twelve-month period and a self-addressed stamped envelope.

   (b)    The application for such permit shall be postmarked at least 10 days before the date of the sale.

   (c)    The application for such permit shall be submitted by the applicant to the Director of Finance or his designee.

   (d)    An applicant for such a permit shall pay to the Director of Finance a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for such permit.

   (e)    Every permittee conducting a home sale shall keep posted in a prominent place, upon the licensed premises, the permit certificate and shall exhibit the same upon request.
