747.17 BURNING JUNK.

   No rubbish, portions or parts of wrecked machines and other accumulations which are to be discarded by such junk dealer shall be burned on such premises without the written consent of the Chief of the Fire Department.

   No fire disposing of material accumulated in the yards shall be created less than thirty feet from any building. Where the yard in which the junk business is conducted is so small as not to permit compliance with this restriction the person so operating such yard is required to build an incinerator within which the fires may be started to dispose of refuse or other material desired to be destroyed by fire, or cleaned in such manner from grease and other collections.
