747.15 CLEANLINESS OF JUNKYARDS.

All premises used as a junkyard or junk shop shall be kept and maintained in as clean, sanitary and neat a condition as such business will reasonably permit. The person operating a junkyard or junk shop shall maintain the premises so that rats, vermin and fire hazards are, as far as practicable, reduced to a minimum. (1967 Code §116.15)
