747.08 BUSINESS HOURS.

No person licensed under the provisions of this chapter, or his agent, servant or employee, shall directly or indirectly purchase or receive by way of barter or exchange or otherwise, any articles from any person whatever between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a. m.
