747.06 LICENSE TRANSFERABILITY; REVOCATION.

All licenses issued under provision of this chapter shall be void, if transferred, and shall be subject to revocation by the Mayor for violation of any provision of this chapter, State law, or federal laws or if, in the judgment of the Mayor, such revocation is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety or welfare.
