746.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each separate sale or offering for sale at public auction or going-out-of-business sale of any article of gold, silver, plated ware, precious stones or imitations thereof, watches, clocks, jewelry or like merchandise in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
